Rustic Cottage

What a beautiful place , I gifted my Aunty and uncle an overnight stay at this hidden gem. From the moment I seen her come in and be amazed by all the furnishings, and historic charm , it was then when she approached the large window in the loungeroom that got me. The panoramic views, and to my luck it was a lovely sunny and calm day. My Aunty was speechless, my uncle the same. Along with a beautiful charcuterie board with amazing flavours , we put this out on the deck as we didn't want to miss a moment of the beach , islands, boats, small planes, kangaroos and even a huge echidna that made his way along the valley just in front of us. I kindly left them at about 6pm , and came back the following morning to assist them pack , they had another 100 story's to tell me just from thier morning coffee and seeing such an amazing sunrise. Inge from the Holiday buro went over and above to make this experience a heartfelt true family memory. My Aunty and uncle will now be back in winter , as they want to enjoy it all over again, thank you Inge and the owners of this true gem.

Amazing views!

We had a lovely stay here with our toddler. The cottage is beautiful and cosy, with stunning views over Encounter Bay. One of the highlights was seeing kangaroos around the property - our little one absolutely loved it. Host communication was excellent and everything was easy and smooth. It was peaceful, relaxing and a perfect spot for a family getaway. We'd happily stay again.

An absolute gem

We could not have loved this place more. We brought my mum here as a surprise for her birthday and seeing her face as she walked in was amazing. The views are truly stunning from every window and the decor is elegant. It was clean and comfortable with vintage charm and plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the view. Highly recommend.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was comfortable, clean and full of charm. We loved the fireplace and the view from the big windows. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to take it in. The cottage was set in a beautiful and peaceful location. From the moment we walked in, we felt happy and comfortable. It is in the perfect relaxing location. A very responsive and helpful host.
